Deep, blue, shades of gray
the colors welcome a cold day
a chilly breeze whips my hair
misty vapors fill the air
Fluttering down from the sky
these white gems draw out a sigh
uplifting hopes within the heart
cleansing the world for a new start
Refulgent beauty covers all
as the glitter continues to fall
golden laughter rings through the land
lovers hold each other's hand
In a world of busy lives
it's so easy to forget
that this snow is heaven sent
and life is lived for this moment
